Shabbat offers a vital pause in the whirlwind of academic, social, and digital life. It's an opportunity to disconnect from stress and reconnect with community, tradition, and self. Whether through shared meals, prayer, or simply unplugging, Shabbat creates sacred space to reflect, recharge, and find meaning. Oklahoma Hillels hosts Shabbat experiences on the first three Fridays of each month, and we would love to share those opportunities with you!
